Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

• More than 30 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable, but any balance payment made will be refunded, minus any bank charges.

• 15-30 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Less than 15 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel less than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks In the unlikely event that Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We may cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

3. No-Show Policy If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on the start date of your tour without prior notification, you will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Partial Refunds In the event that you are unable to complete your tour due to illness, personal reasons, or other circumstances, Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances and the portion of the tour completed.

5. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and any bank or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Amendments to the Refund Policy Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to bookings made after the policy has been updated.
