Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By booking a tour or using the services provided by Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made with us, whether through our website, by email, phone, or in person.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the commencement of your tour.

  • Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in [currency], and payments must be made in this currency.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation policy outlined in our Refund Policy will apply.

  • Cancellation by Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks: We reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to provide an equivalent experience.

4. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

5. Health and Safety Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks is not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise during the tour.

6. Liability Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property, or any other mishap during your tour. By booking with us, you agree to undertake the tour at your own risk.

7. Force Majeure Bhutan Silverpine Tours & Treks will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bhutan, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.

9. Complaints If you have a complaint during your tour, you must notify your guide immediately so that we can address the issue. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a written complaint to us within 14 days of the end of your tour.
